Sunrise Beach 502 is like a 2nd home to us and we hope you treat it as yours while there. Our beds hold 4 adult size persons and bunks hold smaller children. One shorter person up to 150 could be on bottom bunk. These are full size and not for tall, large people. 

Prior to Arrival:

We will need to email your door code, parking registration and other information. Parking is $40.00 per car plus cc fee. You will need to pay the rental by check unless we have another option. There will also be $1000. damage deposit if renting by owner. The pool bands will be on the refrigerator for each person 12 and over. Bands are required to be on the pool deck. These are to be returned to the hanger before departing. If anyone smokes do not rent from us, $1000. fine.

Requests while occupying and before departure:

The condo should be left in the same condition you found it in. We have been renting beach condos for over 24 years and have had wonderful, happy guests. 

If you have any problem with AC, washer/dryer, refrigerator or any large or small appliance we need you to call us immediately.  

The thermostat is a NEST you can adjust temperature, but not to be put in different modes, heat to cool.  Call us and we can adjust mode from our phone.  If you change settings, you will be charged for repairs if damaged.  The doors are to be kept shut especially if AC or heat are on. It automatically goes to ECO mode if no motion in the condo. The doors are not to be left open because of humidity damage caused inside t.he condo. Please never bring carts into the condo and empty from the front hallway. The door stays open so you can unload. Never use deadlock to hold door open, lock cost over $1000.

If any items are broken or damaged, please call us immediately so we can replace it if needed. 

EX: If you use blender, toaster, crockpot or coffeemaker please clean and dry. All items can be used but if you use you must totally clean and put back where they were located because cleaner doesn't have time to clean those.

If you use microwave, cover items that could splash out. Wash clear plate in dishwasher dry and replace before you depart.

All dishes washed and dried before departure. If you cook, please scrub skillets, pots and pans before putting in dishwasher. Pans to be hand washed and dried quickly to prevent rusting. 

Leave sheets on beds and beds unmade.  Put used towels in tub before departing.

Remove trash from condo and take to the trash chute a few doors down. No boxes or oversized items are to be put in chutes.  Pizza boxes and large items are to be taken to P2 trash cart by the door in garage.

If someone spills something in the condo, please clean it. If you don't think you like our request, please don't rent from us. We want each guest to have a wonderful, safe and clean place to vacation. The cleaners don't have time to deep clean every visit.  We wash blankets, throws and quilts every time we are at the condo.  We now have a home a few miles away and will help with cleaning most of the time.
