4 Adults plus 4-6 small children.
2 Bathrooms.
(no sleeper)
We are located on L5 the 5th floor with the pools, hot tubs, kiddie mushroom, gym, Soggy Dollar snack bar and public restrooms. No elevator is needed for these. Parking is under the building for normal height vehicles. Parking registration is $40.00 per car plus cc fee. The beach access is on P1 and up to P1.5 where you will also find the grills and a couple of picnic tables. You can rent an umbrella and 2 chaise lounges supplied by the beach boy in the hut.
March 1-October 31 around 8AM-4PM.
We have fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, blender, toaster, crockpot and Keurig.
Sheets will be on beds. Blankets will be in closet or on end of beds. No sleeper.
Towels, hand towels and washcloths supplied.
What to bring on your vacation.
Beach towels, beach bag, extra beach chairs and umbrellas, sunscreen and a cooler if needed. We park on P1.5 by the beach walkway and leave all beach items in our car. It makes life so much easier to not have to carry items into the condo and on the elevator. We will leave some beach items in the condo for guests to use.
You will also need extra toilet tissue, shampoo, bath soap, paper towels, paper plates if wanted for beach, Ziploc bags, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher detergent, food items, salt, pepper and anything needed to make you have a wonderful vacation. There will be start up items in the condo.
We ask all our friends, grand kids and everyone to please spray sunscreen on at the beach, front walkway or at the pool. It stains walls and furniture. If you have sunscreen on, please sit on a towel on furniture.
No pets, smokers or any type of animal including sand crabs, sand dollars that are not white. The stink of dead sand dollars and crabs are impossible to get out. ;-)
